Digital Products

Digital products are licensed for personal use only.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot usually be offered once files have been downloaded, except where required by law.

Workshops

Workshop bookings may be transferred if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation policies will be stated at the time of booking.

Each commission is unique.

Prices, timelines, and revisions will be agreed before work begins.

The Mindful Pen Post

The Mindful Pen Post is a subscription-based Snail Mail Club operated by The Scribe's Touch.

Membership details, pricing, shipping, and contents may change over time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify monthly contents
  • Adjust pricing
  • Pause or discontinue memberships
  • Update shipping schedules

Where possible, members will receive advance notice of significant changes.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free.

Joining the waitlist:

  • does not guarantee membership
  • does not reserve a subscription
  • does not guarantee eligibility for promotional gifts unless specifically stated.

Launch Gifts

Promotional gifts, including Founding Member offers, are available while supplies last.

Eligibility requirements will be stated on the relevant promotional page.

The Scribe's Touch reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
